MBA (Operations Management)

Eligibility:

Engineering Graduates from recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate marks (all years put together) or equivalent grades. For SC/ST candidates minimum marks are 45%. Graduates from part time, distance learning and correspondence courses are not eligible. Final year students can apply subject to their fulfilling the eligibility latest by 30th September 2011.

Note: It is the responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they posses the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by SIU.

Reservations: As per University norms.

Selection Procedure:

STAGE I: SNAP Written test - Interested candidates must appear for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP test) on 19th December 2010. SNAP test registration is a must.

STAGE II: Group Discussions and Personal Interviews (Nashik) - Candidates from the first stage will be short listed on the basis of SNAP score for Group Discussions and thereafter they will appear if short listed for Personal Interviews. GDPI are expected to be held during 2nd / 3rd week of February. 2011.

STAGE III: Those short listed from Stage II will be issued Admission Offer letters as per the Merit List. The Merit list shall be declared to the students on the website on February 26, 2011.

STAGE IV: Payment of Fees and confirmation of admission – Candidates on final Merit list must complete their admission by paying the first installment of fees latest by 12th March, 2011.  Admissions from waitlist will be announced on 14th March, 2011. Such candidates must pay fees latest by 26th March, 2011. Further vacancies if any will be announced on the website.
