INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES 

1. ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM: 

1.1 Application can be submitted online during  22. 03. 2011 to 07. 04. 

2011(UPTO 3:30 PM) at the website www.rmat2011.org  

1.2 The candidate is required to fill all details carefully in online application form.  

1.3 The candidate can edit the Application details only before submitting application. 

Once “Submit” Button is clicked by candidate, he/she will not be able to edit the 

details. So click “Submit” button only when you have completed all your Online 

Application Form details correctly and completely (because after that no 

edit/alteration is allowed). The RMAT-2011 will not be responsible for any 

consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in 

any particular once filled in the application form whatsoever the reasons may be. 

1.4 On submission of online application form, a CONFIRMATION PAGE and BANK 

CHALLAN with a unique Form Number shall be generated. Candidate is required 

to take out print of CONFIRMATION PAGE and BANK CHALLAN FORM. It is 

recommended that the candidate should keep a copy of CONFIRMATION PAGE 

and BANK CHALLAN for future reference.   

1.5 BANK CHALLAN FORM along with the fee of Rs.1000/-and bank processing fee of 

Rs.10/- is required to be deposited at any CBS branch of the “Punjab National 

Bank”.  

1.6 Candidate is required to PASTE his/her recent passport photograph and signature 

at the appropriate place in the CONFIRMATION PAGE generated by the system 

after submitting the online application form, and also send(staple) one extra 

photograph having candidate’s name and unique Form Number on the back side 

of the photograph. 

OR 

Candidate may upload his/her photograph and signature at the appropriate place 

in the online application form in the required format Please Upload your Passport 

size photograph Maximum Image size 300 KB File format JPG/GIF/BMP AND 

Please Upload your Signature Maximum Image size 100 KB File format 

JPG/GIF/BMP  

1.7 Candidate is required to send CONFIRMATION PAGE and one  original RMAT 

office copy of the BANK CHALLAN FORM along with the attested copies of 

certificates (as mention in 6.1 to 6.7), to  The Coordinator, RMAT-2011, M. 

L. V. Textile & Engineering College, Pur Road, Bhilwara - 311001 

(Rajasthan) by  Registered post/Speed post (not by courier). The same 

can also be dropped in the drop box kept in the RMAT-2011 Office, M. L. V. 

Textile & Engineering College, Pur Road, Bhilwara - 311 001 by April 

18,2011 up to 5 p.m. 

In no case, the CONFIRMATION PAGE should be handed over to any person. 

Important Note: Candidate is suggested to check e-mail (Inbox/ Spam/ 

Junk box), website: www.rmat2011.org, and his/her mobile SMS(Inbox) 

for the important notification regarding RMAT-2011  examination. 

Candidate has to furnish his/her E-mail or Mobile No while filling online 

application form.
