Arts : BA Course
Applications are invited for admission to 3-year (Honours) courses (session 2011 – 2012) in Bengali, Comparative Literature, Economics, English, History, Political Science, Philosophy and Sanskrit.
Applications are to be made on-line through the University website www.jaduniv.edu.in or http://juadmissions.org on and from June 3, 2011. The last date for on-line application to the courses is June 15, 2011. There will be a Help Desk housed in Prof. Anita Banerjee Memorial Hall (ground floor, U.G. Arts Building), Jadavpur University Main Campus in case applicants are unable to make on-line applications on their own. The Help Desk facility will be available between 11.00 am and 4.30 pm on all working days (Mondays to Fridays).
Science: BSc Course
Eligibility: Candidates having passed 10+2 Examination from any recognized Board in Science with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and securing at least 65% marks in average of marks secured in Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics are eligible.
In case of SC/ST/PD/Sports category, minimum requirement of marks is 48% in average of marks obtained in the above mentioned three (3) subjects and minimum 40%disability in case of the PD candidates.

Jadavpur University (JU) is an premier educational and research institution in India.
