University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC_NET) for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship December 2010 

UGC conducts NET exam twice a year in the month of June and December. 

The major science subjects of NET examination are Chemical science, life science, Mathematical science, physical science, Earth Atmospheric Ocean Science is conducted jointly by CSIR (Council of scientific and Industrial Research), New Delhi. The notifications of NET exams are separately issued by CSIR.  UGC has allotted numerous fellowships to the university who qualify the test of Junior Research Fellowship (JRFs) to the candidate. JRFs are awarded to all candidates who come in merit list of NET exam and they qualify for lectureship in the NET. The North Maharashtra University is one of the upcoming universities in India, the university was established on 15th August, 1990 under the Maharashtra University Act No. XXIX of 1989 as a teaching and affiliating University.
