Sharda University is a state private university in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established by the U.P. State Legislative Act in 2009 and approved by the University Grants Commission. It is part of the Sharda Group of Institutions, which has been providing education in northern India for 15 years. It offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in engineering, science, health professions, business, and management. Schools at the university include School of Engineering & Technology, School of Business Studies, School of Allied Sciences & Creative Arts, School of Dental Sciences, and School of Medical Sciences & Research.
The university has more than 40% foreign faculty members, from universities in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. Each of the BBA, MBA student has the option to choose a credit course abroad in either US, UK, Europe, Canada or South East Asia.
